Here’s how to see all your Gmail labels (your “folders”):

On Desktop (Web Browser)

  1. Open Gmail.

  2. Look at the left sidebar. You’ll see some labels like Inbox, Starred, Sent, etc.

  3. Scroll down and click “More” to expand the full list.

  4. You’ll now see all labels, including nested ones.

  5. If you want to manage them, scroll down and click “Manage labels” (or go to Settings → Labels).

    • Here you can show/hide labels in the list or in message view, delete them, or create new ones.

On Mobile App (iOS/Android)

  1. Open Gmail app.

  2. Tap the three-line menu (☰) at the top left.

  3. Scroll down to Labels — all your labels appear here.

  4. Tap a label to see its emails.

  5. To edit labels, you’ll need to do it from a desktop browser — the app can’t create or delete labels.

💡 Tip: You can customize which labels appear in your sidebar vs hidden under “More,” so your most-used labels feel like real folders.
