On Evil Players
If your only worried that the players
will be evil to NPC's that is an easy thing to solve. Show them
consequences now before the trouble starts. Have the players track
down someone who was "evil" in town, and allow them to
bring them in or kill them during the take down. The crime something
fairly small but big enough to get a bounty, say not paying a healer
for services rendered. If he dies being picked up, great, if not he
the bad guy can be hanged for being bad. The evil players will be
fairly warned.
And if they do get up to no good,
just put a bounty on the one with the least charisma's, something
that will tempt evil players into collecting it. If they keep
committing crimes raise the bounty and have the bounty hunters take
care of business.
